iPad Initiative

Park County School District #1 has recently purchased second-generation iPads for students and teaching staff for grades K-12.

In an effort to engage teaching and learning while increasing student achievement, the district purchased enough iPads to issue one to every student in the middle and high schools, as well as three 30-unit carts for classroom use at every elementary school (the carts are used to store, charge, and synchronize the iPads).

Insurance Form and Policy Booklet

There are 3 different ways to apply for iPad insurance:
online, over the phone, or through the mail.

If you want to handle everything on-line, please click on the following link: https://my.worthavegroup.com/powellpanthers

If you want to handle everything over the phone, call 1 (800) 620-3307. The office is open 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday CST.

If you want to mail your payment through the mail, you should simply print out the attached form and follow the steps listed.

When a policy is purchased, you will receive a declaration page and a policy booklet. A declaration page is the policy holder's proof of insurance with Worth Ave Group and can be used as proof to the school that the device is covered.

Also at any time during the school year, the school district can request a list of policy holders. This way the school district will know who has insured their school-issued device.
