Food Services

We, as school food service personnel, recognize the dangers and the safety hazards in serving food. We have trained and studied to learn all the necessary procedures to ensure the safety of our students. We, as a school food service provider, have adopted the seven steps of HACCP to ensure that the food we are feeding our children is both nutritious and safe. Through proper documentation, time and temperature control, and close monitoring of critical control points, we are ensuring to our students and personnel the best and safest meals possible.

We offer a variety of fruits and vegetables and use offer vs. serve in our school lunch program. This enables the children to have a choice in what they might choose to eat. We also offer breakfast in all schools as part of our program. Our meals all meet the nutritional guidelines as set forth by the state. At the high school and middle school levels, we also offer an Ala Carte Line; this lunch menu offers a wide variety of food and drink choices.

We, as a food service staff, invite parents at any time to come enjoy lunch with your children. We only ask that you call the office to let them know you are coming so we can be sure to prepare enough food.
